P90X

ok so starting in the next few days I am going to start keeping track of my workouts and eating habits along with my P90X adventures! I may even get brave and post some pictures of my big fat A along the way. Anyway tonight was my night for the chest and back workout which is basically an hour of push ups and pull ups!! OUCHIE!! I am still not able to walk right from the legs workout I did on Monday. I also started taking creatine 2 days ago. I actually started Tuesday and was taking a mix formula with a bunch of crazy additives and lots of sugar. Today I realized I had to switch to a powder that is soley creatine. All The sugar and extras sent me through the roof! Anyway creatine is supposed to help me be able to push longer during my workouts. It must take a while to get in your system cause I didn't feel any extra power tonight. I hope my legs get back to normal by Friday. Friday night I am meeting Kandices dad, brother Daryll and sister Valerie up the canyon and we are hiking to the top of Timpanogos! I have been counting down the days for this hike. I went up once in high school on a whim, and can't believe we didn't die!! I've always wanted to go back. However I have been too out of shape. Finally this year I will do it. So anyway I'll report back on that little trip. That's all for tonight, time for some sleepy time.

FUN, I have never hiked to the top. My family used to do it everyear and I'd hike a ways up and right back down, on the side where we'd pick everyone up. I bet the view is amazing up there. I don't think I'd make it though. Is Kandice going too?
